Like I said, Sack Barrett!!!!

No wucking forries SER8. The only reason I posted that was to beat others to it, for a bit of fun.Sorry @niccipops I just changed the thread title because, well, because I can.
Personally I think Barrett is one of the positives we have right now, a smart young coach the players can relate to and want to play for. Our negatives in recent times have been the administration, not Barrett. Just my opinion!
lol do I look wucking forried? No wucking forries SER8. The only reason I posted that was to beat others to it, for a bit of fun.
TB wrote "Go the Sea Eagles" for me at school back in 2011. Back then he had no connections to the Eagles and he must have thought 'WTF?' Then we won the Premiership. Woo hoo!
He wrote it for me so he must be an okay bloke. Maybe I connected him to Sea Eagles.

Doesn't blood youth?Continues to pick duds instead of blooding youth
I would be rubbish at removing emotional decisions/loyalties to older players. I'm a very emotional human. I would have definitely resigned Gifty, Brent Kite, Matt Ballin and kept Jamie Buhrer.Interestingly the Drags ( St George Illawarra Dragons Director of Rugby League Pathways Ian Millward) and Tigers have set the benchmark in having an independent recruiter. NRL360 discussed it on Tuesday(or Monday).
It means that the Coach's emotional decisions/loyalties to older players are removed.
Thus pure Team balancing is achieved.
Kent's comment was that it also removes this extra responsibility from a Coach and other Clubs are watching the results.
Apparently they do this in the USA where there are only 2 Teams who retain a Coach as a recruiter.
It made sense to me but it does sound super objective for the NRL 😛
You
You are a tool strone.
He does not have to have an idea he is protected - no matter what happens he could loose every match and nothing will be done, he can blame the cap, injuries or the ****EN MOON is in the wrong place. Both him and cartright are a JOKE. MANLY IS LOST it will take a second coming for the place to be returned to its original state. So much damaged has being done. Can’t blame the former players leaving. Auction DCE off and put two juniors in their, rather loose that way than playing Barrett game.
I’m liking the new thread title @SeaEagleRock8 , only because I know how much it will piss so many of them off including @strone33
Funniest thing I’ve seen for ages!!
"Them" just happen to be supporters with a different opinion.only because I know how much it will piss so many of them off including

Oh yeah Barrett is a genius. Isn't he the one that had Walker at five eight all of 2016. Persisted with Croker the dud for eight agonising rounds. Continues to pick duds instead of blooding youth even when blind freddy can see our year is shot. Doesn't mix up the front row rotation for more impact. Leaves interchanges sitting on the bench. We are also clueless in attack and fold in the face of adversity. But thats right the administration is responsible for our fitness levels and poor defensive attitude and team selection
No wonder Hastings has an attitude problem when he sees duds with less ability continually being selected ahead of him. Just my opinion.
Doesn't blood youth?
He picked Nathan Green as a bolter in his first match as an NRL coach!
He picked Moses Suli in the last game, if you missed it.
Last year he picked a young Brian Kelly to debut ahead of Jonathon Wright.
He's picked Gosiewski.
He's picked Paseka.
Tanganoa
Croker.
Probably others too, but don't worry, carry on with your fiction.
