The king of jibber. Surprised he went here after sacking his mate blocker for bullying but it appears there was not much of a case against Fulton. Makes some. Reasonable points.

Leading Sydney broadcaster Ray Hadley has attacked Manly over the shock sacking of Bob Fulton’s daughter, Kristie.
Fulton, who was co-ordinator of pathways at Manly, was terminated from her position on Friday and asked to leave the club’s Brookvale offices immediately.
She did so in tears.
Hadley, a close friend of Fulton’s father, the late Immortal Bob Fulton, for more than 30 years, told 2GB on Monday that what happened “to Kristie Fulton on Friday is unforgivable”.

Hadley said Fulton was “marched out of the Manly offices shortly after terminating her for allegedly bullying someone. I know of no formal warning or attempt from HR to deal with the matter.
“She was marched off the premises like she had stolen money from the petty cash tin.
“How is it that a capable, highly intelligent young woman is marched out the door when her father’s name adorns the grandstand at Manly?
“Is anyone at Manly inquiring into Kristie’s mental health? No doubt, Scott Penn (club co-owner) isn’t, he’s probably winging his way back to the US, already there.
“Employers have the right to hire and fire but under workplace laws, they must do so in a lawful way.”

News Corp has learnt a human resources investigation was part of Manly’s decision to cut ties with the pathways co-ordinator.
Fulton’s dismissal came a week after Manly sacked head coach Des Hasler.
Fellow football staff Chad Randall, Michael Monaghan, Rubin Ruzicka and Don Singe have also left the club in recent weeks.
We will also soon find out how good Tony the CEO Bouncer Mestrov judgment was when we threw Kristie out of her office in tears

Agree, if Fulton however has a reasonable unfair dismissal case he is sadly lacking and a light weight.

Not unexpected and it's only the beginning, Hadley isn't someone who's view of anything or anyone I would take seriously, just another self opinionated loudmouth, time will tell whether Mestrovs actions were right or not, not the ramblings of Hadley or anyone else

You all will need to your research on Tony used to be CEO of the Greyhound racing industry not horse racing. The headline is definitely not flattering & very unfavourable. If hiring a CEO had a cap, Manly might got him on cheapie. I do understand that he used to played for Manly but the assessment so far based on fact not based on feeling, Hasler & all his coaching staffs are gone, got rid off one of the Fulton because she wasn’t agreed with a Pride jersey due to lack of consultation & Polynesian players, Trbojevic are not happy with the treatment of Hasler however the media downplayed their actions wanting a meeting with management, players are definitely not harmonious & felt not supported by the management. Employed Seibold as a head coach instead of Flanagan (assistant coach) who had won a premiership with Cronulla. Confused as things are not adding up to me.

Hard to believe that Mestrov would commit to sacking Kristie without proof, very difficult to see that happening, if she's going to challenge for wrongful dismissal then we'll all know soon enough
