Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think I recollect that a key part of the successful hamstring regime was fairly sustained sprinting practice at close to full TT speed. Whereas the drill which did him in seems to have been repeated bursts of short-distance high intensity....which sounds kind of like the opposite of the successful routine.Manly just a couple of weeks ago parted ways with the high performance specialist that's specific job was to manage his hamstrings. The one would got him through 2021 without a recurrence and helped Tom stay on the field and take out the daly M. Strange we would move him on?
