We want the Raiders to spend as much time planning and training for a game plan based on shutting down Tom as possible. That way, when he is ruled out, they have to plan an alternative an hour before kick off...duh!

Sea Eagles coach Des Hasler has decided to take no risks with the game's most influential player, Tom Trbojevic, and he will be rested from Friday's clash with Canberra.

Trbojevic copped a knock to his face late in Manly's 56-10 win against the Eels and although he was named in the side on Tuesday he has now been ruled out. Tevita Funa has been named as the new fullback in just his fourth game of 2021.

-Dean Ritchie is the man, the doyen, the God, he knows his stuff and doesn't mow anyone's lawn, not even his own
-Turbo bloody lies as much as he scores tries

Time will tell. I'd rather not risk him if there are any lingering concerns for his cheek.
