It is heartbreaking I know feathered as we are all hurting but our great Manly culture has proven to always rise from adversity .
Manly always finds talent . I have faith in the Manly club . Who ever does not have the passion to be here can leave . Have faith and don't stoop as low as the defectors Have faith and move on to another great era and rise above this like a mighty Sea eagle !!! 🙂View attachment 1176 View attachment 1176 View attachment 1176 View attachment 1176 View attachment 1176
lol @BOZO you know I have faith I've posted about it time and again. I won't abandon them regardless. NE was way worse than this. This is just my hypothetical that would screw over the nrl, make me happy and keep someone I think is a very good player (no one on the market is really anywhere near him)

Manly have always unleashed talent when we have lost great players . Have faith feathered friend 🙂

unfortunately I think we'll have to go external. The current ownership thankfully sound like they are getting bozo to do something with junior development but the past 5 years we haven't done enough to create depth. Our 20's have been average for years

Here's a question for Foz - with all the **** he's copping (and rightly so), does he re-injure his hammy and end up on the sidelines until he opts for season ending surgery..?

Would that scenario surprise me?

The way he has played from half way through last season in all honesty he wouldn't be missed. His form in the 4 nations was sensational why haven't we seen any of that?

That would be his preferred option, as he can't seem to face up to his Employers nor Members :mm:

What was that quote when he went to the All Stars? Google...

“Being down at Manly, you know every training session, every week is intense. There is pressure to perform and it’s all very … intense is the only word I can think of.

“So to get the chance to get out of that spotlight even for just a few days and actually just get back to enjoying yourself and having a bit of fun out there...."

He actually said that? wow I missed that

2 think some people saw him as our next captain. No thanks Brent Kite had 2 twist his arm once 2 stay that doesn't make him captaincy material for me.
Nah he seems to be, to use the classic expression, "weak as piss"

Doesn't like pressure or intensity or making decisions in a timely manner... Hopefully he is the next Parra captain!

Wow that is unbelievable. So he is basically saying it is 2 stressful at Manly lol yes it's stressful this is pro sport.
Yeah, when I first read it I thought what a wanker. The intensity of the pre season is what enables Manly to play for 80 minutes a game, unlike other Teams. Not Captain material.

Soft, spoilt and sliding off to the slime 😎
