I have to say I was skeptical about the last time the Tits claimed he phoned to reassure them he was coming.

This is the same club who came out and basically guaranteed that they had signed Lyon.

If DCE is honestly going then he would have come out an definitively stated that he is going. None of this "manly have every right to pursue me business". This close to Rd13 it would likely put this all to bed.

He is being pursued by Manly, and with respect to negotiations he is not going to announce if he is leaving unless DCE has completely rejected Manly. If a part of DCE wants to stay, then he will hold on for as long as he can hoping Manly will offer him the incentive to stay, even if it means this speculation drags on.

Clearly MWSE are still actively pursuing DCE to get him to stay. They would only bother to keep up that effort while they think there is a chance of success. Even a slim hope. Therefore, given 2V's embarrassed appearance on TV, i would say the chances are roughly 50-50.
