After round 25 I was stoked we came 4th.

After the Storm qualifier I was (like everyone else) extremely disappointed in our lacklustre effort.

All I wanted to see in the Roosters eliminator was a much improved effort from the boys & would have been happy, win or lose, with the effort they brought.

Well, the boys turned up & then some & not only brought the effort, but won convincingly.

Tonight, once again, all I want is to see the same effort.

If we win, fantastic, we're in another GF.

If we lose the boys can still be proud of themselves for coming this far after such a shaky start to the season.

Lets go boys, FIRE UP!!!

Yeh nah @Jerry1 The Panthers will play their GF tomorrow and narrowly defeat the Storm. Manly wins tonight, and then saves their best performance of the season for the GF. I am visioning this scenario as an alternative to yours.

Usually I want them to win for me (ok, you lot too) because it just makes me so bloody happy.
But this game, I want them to win it for themselves. They have been miraculous since the misery they endured in those first four rounds (God they were shocking), truly miraculous. They've worked their bums off and used every ounce of talent they have. And they've worked together.
Credit to Des, all the staff, and every single player. They truly deserve this.
And if it doesn't go their way, then I'm still so bloody proud of the lot of them.

I'd think the panthers will get spanked by the storm. The bookies have them at 3 to 1 so they agree. We should beat the bunnies tonight so Manly will have to have their heads screwed on when we play the storm next week.
