Some upcoming milestones this season

Matt Ballin currently on 196 games
Jamie Lyon currently on 191 games for Manly

Snake needs 1 more try to equal Beaver's Manly @ Brookvale try scoring record at 78 (I think ??)

Snake also needs 5 more tries to surpass Beaver and become Manly's greatest ever try scorer, when he will have crossed the stripe 152 times.

Manly as a team will clock up their 1500th game this year, currently on 1490.

We will also rack up our 700th game at Brookie (currently 697)

My spreadsheet has the same games - currently 1,490 games, but only 623 games at Brookvale?

Matty Ballin will sign his final contract and play out his career with Manly!!!

Nice prediction @mozgrame

You're right, I don'tknow where I got that original stat from now. But I just checked and we have only played 624 at The Fortress.

152 - Manly
28 - Northern Eagles

151 Manly and 29 Northern Eagles.

This is what I wrote about Matt Ballin when he passed 150 games. You can pretty much repeat that and add another 50 games and another Grand Final appearance to the record since then

Matt Ballin - 150 NRL/Manly games

What a warrior and what a great player Matty has been for Manly. Not the flashiest dummy half getting around, but ultra-professional, tough, consistent, and as reliable as a Swiss watch. I think Sunday will be his 137th game in a row for the Sea Eagles. He hasn't missed a game since round 1 2008, and the bulk of those games he plays 80 minutes. Impressive. Well known for his defensive capability, it's his unsung service from dummy half that has served our attack so well for so long.

He extended his run of consecutive games to 182, which is phenomenal for a bloke who plays in one of the toughest positions in the comp. He truly is a warrior, and great to see him extending his contract to see his career out at Manly. He should be well over 250 games by 2017 and will become our most capped hooker ever. From all reports an absolutely champion bloke off the field as well. Good luck tomorrow Matty, hopefully a cheeky little dart from dummy half close to the line for a meat pie to celebrate (shades of the 2008 GF)

By the way Snake is on 149 career tries and needs one more for the 150 milestone. He is 10th on the all time try scoring list and if he has a good season he could well be in the top 5 all time by the end of the year (165 tries)

Congrats to Snake on clocking up try number 150 today. He then gets a double to equal the great Beaver as Manly's top try scorer.

Killer passed 1200 career points for Manly today as well with a radar boot performance.

Excuse the pun, but killer killed with the boot today. Those extra points put the opposition in a different mind set and they start to play catch up football. If he kicks like that every week it will change the result of many games.

Yes, big congrats to Snake for passing 150 in brilliant style but I'm sure he doesn't consider he has equalled Beaver's record for Manly yet.

150 tries for the Snake . What a Champion !!!

One interesting stat is his season kicking average is roughly 85%. Seems like he practiced during the offseason.

I hear that as a tribute to Jake T reaching 10 NRL games, that the 10 metre lines at Brookie on Monday night will be marked using the number 10. Good initiative by the club.

Can we have the ground announcer give out a shout-out at the 10min mark for fans to give young Jake a 10 sec applause?
