Some upcoming Milestones

In all the excitement we missed DCE's 150th game against the Dogs. He turned in a great performance to celebrate the achievement, and looks like he is back to the form that saw him earn a Clive Churchill medal. Great effort to notch up 150 games, and given our lifetime commitment he should go close to achieving 300 games for the club. His form has been a little bit patchy over the last 12 months, but you can never question his commitment - always puts 100% in with his defence and tries his hardest. When his confidence is up and the team is playing well he is one of the most dangerous running halves in the game.

Next milestone will be Blake Green playing his 100th NRL game next week.
 
Kapow notched up 100 NRL games last week and played pretty well to mark the milestone. Looking forward to the day he clocks up 100 for Manly.

BJ will follow suit in 3 weeks time, currently on 96 NRL games. Sadly I don't think we'll see him crack the century of games for Manly if rumours are true. But you never know if he can hang around for another year he will get there.

Dylan Walker also a couple of weeks away from 100 NRL appearances, sitting on 97 at the moment. If he sees out his contract he should make the century for Manly as well. He also scored his 50th NRL try last time he crossed the stripe, so that's a fair strikerate.

Tommy Turbo needs 3 more appearances to crack 50 games. The start of what will be a very successful journey to 300 hopefully.

Akuila Uate needs 4 more tries to bring up 500 NRL points.

Interesting trivia tidbit -who is the leading point scoring for Manly out of the current squad ?
 
I always worry when we have milestones to celebrate, we just don't seem to go as well as we should in those games
 
Haven't visited the milestone thread for a while. Possible milestones for season 2018 as follows

The Great Lewis Brown - 50 games for Manly and 200 NRL games - currently on 46 and 196 respectively :party::party::party::party:

AFB - 50 games for Manly - currently 39

Hastings - 50 NRL games - currently 45

Perrett - 50 NRL games - currently 41

Sironen - 100 NRL games - currently 84

Taupau - 50 games for Manly - currently 45

Thompson - 200 NRL games - currently 177

Uate - 200 NRL games - currently 188

Walker - 50 games for Manly - currently 43
 
Api and Kapow both notched up 50 games for Manly two weeks ago (against Knights). Given that both are contracted for at least another two years they should both crack the century of games in the maroon and white.

The one milestone I am not looking forward to is our first wooden spoon, hopefully we can snag a few wins and avoid it.
 
Ha! 200 games and he still seems like a newbie in many ways.

Hard to believe but time flies as we get older.
