Does it bother anyone else that Luke Patten has been named as a video ref for this game?

Did it bother you last week when ex-Sea Eagle Luke Phillips refereed our game?

I don't care if we get Luke Skywalker so long as we get consistency. If it comes down to the wire and the game hinges on a video refs decision I don't want an ex bulldog in the box.

If I didn't go for Manly I'd be picking the Dogs too. I'd be surprised if any non-Manly supporter would be picking The Eagles in this game.

Manly have not beaten anyone special yet and the Dogs have been bloody close against Storm & Souths and are building imo.

Either way should be a cracker of a game.

I heard Klemmer was dropped but didn't hear anything about Eastwood. Agree he has been the pick of the Dogs pack this year. I've always liked the way the Male Nurse plays, even when he was a skinnier second-rower at the Broncos. He's just got really good skills.

Isn't their job to report on who and who isn't playing, You would think if Lyon or Stewart were a late exclusion it would be big news.
