Something i struggle with. Now its hard to get a read on the facts as its mostly media based
But the bulldogs are reportedly way over the cap next year but have signed a few youngsters and as nothing more is said i presume there contracts have been registered
But manly have issues that seem small compated , but the nrl refused to register contracts for api and sirro for some time at least, .where is the difference in this other than how the nrl have dealt with the cllubs
Surely the bulldogs can not sign anyone until more players are released and they did make signings before there released woods.

I am miffed that we haven't heard the outcome of our appeal.
Justice delayed is justice denied (old Chinese proverb)
(Yeah OK it might have been Russian) (Arabic?) No matter, it is a proverb.
So give us the bloody verdict, Greenberg.
And certainly, Greenberg won't allow anyone else to give the announcement.
It has to be himself.
And if it is anything less than 100% confirmation of his pronouncements about our 'cheating' (quote, "I've said many times, clubs which cheat the cap will be caught. And so it is today with Manly") it will take some time for him to finesse the announcement, and to decide on a suitable time for the announcement.
So the closer we get to mid-February 2019 the more I think we have made a good case.
