That was sacked coach Pat Weisner. Saw it on twitter.

This is proved to be a prank gone too far, Baz's calmness in this interview and quick, seemingly unplanned responses show the rumours simply aren't true, nice try attempting to **** us over, failed ****whits

His comment that he didn't know what had gone before he joined, whilst sincere, was a little unfortunate.

As for Pat Weisner's comments, no wonder Penrith were happy to 'gift' us Blacktown Non-workers. But apart from a strategic arrangement with the Sea Eagles - what's the connection between his allegations about second tier players (who may not even be contracted to M-W) and our organisation?

At Brookie I spoke to the families of the BWSE sitting in my section.
They told me that the Blacktown Coach was a concern and that they were happy when Manly shunted him @

Bringing up hints of suicides is really dangerous to impressionable minds, not to mention a total attack on the Manly Franchise 😎

You'd hope but it didn't happen last time.

By the way BIG dollars required to run a defamation case these days, something like this probably $500-$600k and no guarantee of winning.

They've probably learnt their lesson with the Coco No Joy outcome and just are accepting it for what it is.

PS: I only know about the defamation trial costs because I'm " sort of" involved in one at present, just as a potential witness , and the company told me it was costing them $400k to get it to trial, and if they don't get an out of court settlement at least another $300k to see it to fruition.
Certainly informative @Mark from Brisbane.
Whilst the details would be even more informative, the point is taken.
i.e. that our legal system is broken beyond repair
and this allows lowlife media scum to wreak havoc with our society for their financial gain.......

And ch 9 with breaking news tonight

"
According to Nine News, the NRL is set to examine deals made between Manly and Kieran Foran regarding third party payments.

This allegedly concerned a $150,000 third party deal, with it documented in the past that Foran was still seeking payment last year. Watch the report below."

I haven't read most above so if this has already been mentions apoligies.

This cash payment in a carpark cra is unbelievable. it's 2017 FFS. even if this happened in the last 5 years the ability to 'top up' a player under the table could be done 1000 different ways. it's not 1970 people....

if it is true and that's a big if the people involved only have themselves to blame.

Will probably die a slow death over the next 18monts with the mud already stuck.

I get paid electronically. I could use the same computer that I use for online banking to waste my money online gambling. This could be done 1 second after I get paid.

But I don't. If I did I wouldn't blame my employer.

Kate McClymont said on Twitter today that cash isn't the problem because they need a witness willing to talk in order to get them. It's false invoices that get them into trouble because that means a paper trail a la Parramatta.

Which is only a accusation with no proof

Looks even more stupid if it's a former employee that is out for revenge

Idiots
