I have apathy with the club right now mate. The effort, inclination, energy and drive just wouldn't be there. I just don't feel passionate about the place as much these days.

Honestly, I don't even feel like the club is Manly anymore. More akin to a floundering Titans that also ended up needing the NRL to save them.

That's because it's not a club Ryan. Same colours, same name and home ground, but that's it. Owners do what they want. Their mouthpiece, Zorba, bags the fans at every opportunity. No communication with the fans. And, I think most importantly, apart from Beaver cameos, there's not a former player (so many of whom we worshipped) within a bull's roar of the place.
So depressing. So not Manly.

That's the thing though - at the last home game I saw 5 ex players there being Matt Ballin, Beaver, Jason King, Tom Symonds and Brenton Lawrence. We need to get these people more involved with the club - driving that culture which we have heavily relied on.

These clowns are going to do exactly that and get away with it. The club is their toy to play with as they like (or don't like). Who's that fxck Zorba going to blame?

With the team we have, we should have at least a 50% win rate, considering our injuries this year. Anything less is a complete failure both in terms of coaching and the playing group.
Selling sponsorship for 2019 is almost impossible now and another kick in the guts to the club.

Fans and sponsors need to be assured that 2019 will be a return to finals football.

I don’t know how that will happen if changes are not already in planning.
