Does he need a portable desalination plant draped around his shoulders, so his tears can be put to good use elsewhere in NSW?
Just don't get the South Aussie government to make the plant. It'll be just as useless.....

I lost a lot of respect for Arko when he willingly joined the flick 2v mob with this 'too close to his players' line 😎Tears before a match says two things to me:
1 - He's too close to the players (and so they won't fear/respect him like they need to).
2 - He doesn't know how to coach a first grade side and is cracking under the pressure. He was obviously made a first grade coach too early.
Tooves should have never been sacked.
When you can openly see how much this season is hurting him and how it is affecting him...he is soft get rid
No point in bringing Tooves up again, he lost the new management as well as the players, time to move on.Tears before a match says two things to me:

Err, so we're just taking the sporting news at face value now?
Too little, too late I'm afraid.
I said from the start that I hope Barrett succeeds. Not because I was any fan of his before he came to Manly because I wasn't. But if he succeeded, Manly succeeded. The stark reality is that, club issues aside, we have gone backwards, literally, with Trent Barrett as our head coach.
He has not succeeded, he has failed miserably.
I do feel a little sorry for him because personally it would be hard to take for anyone. But the reality is that as a coach he has been measured, weighed and has been found wanting.
Cool, do you get a gun or a night stick?Good point....
We all go through our trials and tribulations and life can really be ruthless at times but we all have to go to work and face the pressure and heavy load and perform . I n my fulltime job I look after the security of a P1 Government building and If I went to work with tears in my eyes I would be asked to go home . Not a good look for a person in charge to break down IMO

How often do i read about people complaining about a lack of passion from some in the club. For all his many faults you can never doubt Baz's emotional investment in the team and its results
I don't need a gun feathered friend I have self made guns from the gym work 😉Cool, do you get a gun or a night stick?
That was an incredible show of strength Bozo.....if ever there was an opportunity for one of your memes it was thenI don't need a gun feathered friend I have self made guns from the gym work 😉
A night stick does come handy though
I'd love a night stick they look cool. Ever get to whack anyone with it?I don't need a gun feathered friend I have self made guns from the gym work 😉

Thank you for your point of viewBozo, you provide great posts on here and well hats off to you if you've never felt so stressed in the work place that you've been broken. In my profession it happens, for many reasons. From the top to the bottom. Any job where you manage people and have expectations for yourself and the people in your charge to perform can be highly stressful. Particularly if you are understaffed and under resourced.
No adult, unless they're some sort of attention seeking nutbag, ever plans to show emotions or weaknesses but they can come out of nowhere, and have many contributing factors, during times of stress.
The world is changing. The boys don't cry rubbish is complete BS and being raised this way is why many young men hide their emotions, end up with depression and tragically this can lead to suicide. Young men between 16 and 44 have the highest suicide rate in the country and attitudes shown by some on here are stereotypical of why this sad statistic exists.
I'm not crusading that Barrett is the coach of the year. This post is about criticism of the coach for showing emotion. The emotions and the coaching are separate.
I can predict who will dislike this so go ahead. We all want Manly to win but attitudes towards men and emotions need to change so that more families can keep their, sons, brothers, fathers.
In the security business whacking is the last resort . You have to show composure and self control but if the others person loses control then you have no option but to use enough reasonable force in self defence to shut the mother fcker upI'd love a night stick they look cool. Ever get to whack anyone with it?
I'm not a fan of Barret, but to me this indicates the club's failing as his employer and not a sign that Barret does not have the strength to be a coach. Everyone, no matter how tough you, are has a breaking point and it looks like Barrett has reached his. I also think there are two approaches to NRL coaching, one is to give it everything you have and the other show up and do enough to get you a paycheck. Despite his apparent shortcomings I think Barrett is the former. The real question is why is the club allowing someone who appears to be suffering from significant work related stress to continue, especially when it is most likely impacting on his and the team's performance and could/should they have provided him adequate support in the first place before it got this far.Thank you for your point of view
Who said men should not cry ?
I cry like very body else cries but there is a time and a place for everything
. The mentally strong show inner strength and composure and don't break down when the going gets tough .
Which raises a concern. People that are not capable of handling stress should not be exposed to pressure and stressful situations because they eventually do succumb to mental disorders such as anxiety , stress and depression that lead to suicide .
We all have our strength and weaknesses and we are not all suited to do certain jobs
A head coach is a tough gig and Trent does not seem to be handling it very well and for the sake of his welfare he should step down .
You know what @MuzztheEagle . We are all quality people in our own unique ways .That was an incredible show of strength Bozo.....if ever there was an opportunity for one of your memes it was then
...I'm proud of you 😉
