I was thinking about our roster in the week before the GF and was thinking that we'd have to shed players. At risk of stating the obvious, we have a bloody awesome roster.
Whilst it would be nice to keep everyone, it was never going to happen. Especially after winning the GF and irrespective of Desgate.
I have just been stoked with the positive press of late and if we keep everyone other than Darcy and Foran, then I think we have done well.
Again whilst it'd be great to keep everyone I'll be stoked if we keep - Snake, Gift, Matai, Choc, Kite, Matty, Wolfman, Jamie, King, Oldfield, DCE, Buhrer, etc, etc etc and only lost these two.

Manly lost Hoppa, Robo & Rodney as soon as the Grand Final finished. You would think that would make it easier in holding on to most of the other players. Kite & King as much as we love them are in their last few seasons. Maybe a good last payday in England or France will be the way. Fulton, Vautin & Menzies all went before their last payday.

How impressive - you are an amazing english teacher - pity you know stuff all about footy. I hope you accept my apple for your noble correction Mr Jatz (is that a word).

So if we weren't despised by most league fans this could be almost acceptable, ignore the grammar police as they need the feeling of superiority, do we really need to fight them? No ignorance is best by far for such people. We all (minus notable trolls) follow the same team, the one bitter merkins are clearly jealous of, leave the bitching for the ones who aren't already hated

I hear you Eagle but ffs sake this is meant to be a footy site for Seaeagle supporters. I have seen plenty of posts with incorrect grammer & been FAR more interested in the dialogue.
Totally agree with your post mate, but its hard to cop rubbish directed in such an unsavoury manner.

To you both. Its not about grammar or superiority. Its about not reacting badly when another poster cant understand what you have written because it is unintelligible.

Case in point if you both didnt get it the first time:

As reliable source you could have told me Darcy is here 2012 & longer if Manly want to keep him.

Clint didnt understand it and for good reason. Im sure most sensible people would agree.

So I'm wrong because you need to feel a win? Tiredness causes spelling mistakes and noone who had a life payed attention in english because it was stupid redundant

Poor grammar is no reason to receive abuse, the people who use this attack are generally inept in most areas of social life

What abuse? I did however see a terse response from MK to Clint simply because Clint asked MK to explain what the post meant. Thats what im posting about.
