I don't get how Parker and Croker have loitered around the top seventeen these past five seasons. Honestly, I don't.

I remember Barrett saying how Parker is a guy you build a club around. I can't get my head around it. At least Garrick had one decent season.

Parker did improve in 2019, and perhaps a few on here exaggerated his ability because he'd been so woefully atrocious up until that point. He seems like a nice guy, and one can't fault his effort. But our first choice centre?

Unfortunately, we may beat a very undermanned Warriors side on Friday, and that will likely extend their stay in the side.

Croker is no world beater but he is also a 6 playing 9... looked a lot better in his games at 6 than he does now but is being asked to play out of position like many others...

Tbh I feel he is playing a lot better at 9 than he was at 6 last year. But that’s not a compliment to him, he hasnt impressed me at all. The problem is that he still isn’t really doing anything all that good, and that he is just doing less bad things than he was last year.

Im sorry if he reads this but he really is just a bog average player with limited footy smarts under pressure. Im happy to have him in the squad at 14 until Lawton/Fainu is available. Even happy for him to start at 9 but play like 30 min max with Cust playing the majority

What are those calling for Harper to fullback basing it on ? He doesn't have much of a history it that position. Are we just hoping he'll be slightly less hopeless than Walker ? I watched Harper play fullback in Tigers trial game and it was a bit underwhelming to be honest. I don't see what Harper offers at 1, other than freeing Walker up to play centre.

Harper at centre is a reasonable call though, he had a couple of good games there last year. Will he get any decent ball outside DCE and Jetski though ? Plus he better have his shoulders warmed up, that right edge will be seeing some traffic if the Warriors have been doing their homework
