I must admit that you do have one good thing going at the Northern Beaches. I do drop in frequently to grab a pie at Oliver's Pies at Avalon Beach on the way back from seeing some of my clients. Mmmmmmmmmmm the chunky beef pepper pies and the blueberry turnovers are to die for.

Actually, I travel down the M2, Mona Vale Rd, then Barrenjoey Rd to Newport, Palm Beach, Narrabeen at least once a week to visit my clients so I know the area very well.
