Komori, that's exactly right. Apparently, taken without the consent of the females involved. Are you trying to say that May didn't know about this? Are you claiming that he didn't have a hand in the distribution? Because if he knew about the filming, he is just as responsible as those who distributed the video.

If he is the one that is secretly making the videos, how is he not the one that is leaking them? Is someone swapping his sex tapes for greatest try videos?

From what I can gather, he’s made the videos and shared them with one or more ‘mates’ - which is what he’s been charged for. From there, one (or more) of the so-called ‘mates’ has then put the videos online for the world to see - which is what’s being referred to as the ‘leaking’ part of the saga.

I really don’t get the bit where you send that kind of video to your friends, TBH. But then, I also don’t understand the whole getting it on with your mates in the room thing either - which seems to be a popular hobby amongst footy players.

The thing is, I actually do get why you would take photos or videos of intimate things in some circumstances - if you’re spending long periods of time away from your partner, for work or whatever. But never with someone you’re not in a solid, established relationship with, and only if you know they can be trusted to keep whatever is filmed/photographed strictly to themselves!

I have to agree with you on this. And whilst that may shock some people. As long as whatever happens is consensual, that's not the issue. Why do you think some women (and men). Like to be tied up, whipped, spanked...etc? As long as you do those things with consent, there's no issue. You want to have gang bangs....consensual...no problem.

The issue is around the videoing of such events without the permission of those involved.

I use Insta to share photography and follow other photographers. I once put up a photo of an Indigenous teen boy holding up a flame he'd just lit. Him and fire in full light and the background night black. The pic had got me a second place in a comp. I posted it on Insta and it was taken down. I posted again, taken down again.
Then I thought about it. The content showed a child (15 years) but looked 12/13, without a shirt in ceremonial garb. The Insta watchdogs must have taken it down for child protection reasons.
It didn't cross my mind that there was anything wrong with the pic. But I thought that it's good that Insta has this in place to protect kids from being circulated.

Corey Harawira-Naera has reportedly been cleared by the NRL Integrity Unit over the recent spate of explicit videos surfacing on social media involving Penrith Panthers players.
The now-Bulldogs back-rower had his phone data examined and was grilled by the governing body’s investigators, according to Wide World of Sports, after the Panthers were believed to have passed on his name as a potential suspect in the footage leak.

The Panthers would neither confirm or deny this when foxsports.com.au reached out to the club.
