Other NRL games round 16

Lucky they have a top class player to replace him in Alex Johnston.

No clue why they aren't interested in keeping him as cover for Latrell given he can play both winger and fullback.
I'm not as sold on Johnston as a lot of people seem to be. I think he's a solid winger and a below average fullback. That said, the way Souths are playing he'll no doubt look great filling in there for the next month.

I noticed more people tipped souths over parra this week (in our tipping comp)

I've been under a rock the last few days, what did I miss?

No doubt he does Bob. I just like him as he seems to be on the smaller side and always has a dig.

I tend to disagree with him always having a dig, I reckon he goes missing in matches.

I do agree he should be on similar money to DCE, but about $750K to $850K a year,. With nice little incentive clauses like add $25K for top 8, add $100k for Top 4, $250K for delivering the premiership.

Wish we had his goal kicking.

Did anyone notice a Crusher tackle last night?
No. Not even Milka Sevo tried to win a penalty that way.
It seems all the negative publicity on Doesn'tmatta milking the rule had an impact far greater than any so-called Crusher tackle.

I noticed that too.
Quite a few tackles he backed into just like v the Storm but because they were on the back foot all game mostly trying to get out of their own half he didn't stay down.

Smh reporting latrine season over scans reveal 4-5 months recovery.

What a shame, not really at all 🙂

Latrell Mitchell is out for the season, Dylan Brown may be out for the season as well... how quickly a season can turn
Now we will see how good south's and parra our now. Good to see other sides having major injury setbacks

He is in the top 10 fullbacks in the comp imo.

Not bad for a back-up

see it all now, bunker has to go. That was the most ridiculous no try I have seen. Player drops it yet dragons get a penalty. That means every time a player has been tackled into in goal from now on should be a penalty if the defenders arm is touching the grass, as the tackle has been completed as soon as you put an arm on the defender. Farkin stupid, as if that ever, ever happens. The bunker is the biggest joke

The Tits are good to watch. I wish we had as much creativity.
And as for the Bunker decision.... apparently a tackle is now when an opposition player lays a hand on you!
These Vidiots have never played the sport.

that was an absolute shocker - but nothing surprises me anymore.

They've been impressive and especially given they cop the raw end of officiating week in week out. It's almost like refs think it's just the Tits so no need to be so conscientious with calls
