Whoever he was he played well.
The 3 and 6 also had blinders.
Harold Matt's number 6 in second half..blonde kid...Came on and killed them.. set up a couple of tries and looked very confident.. dare I say his set up for the last try in and away then set up his winger.. he reminded me of the great Bozo
Also hooker who played more than half the game was very very good .. not sure but looked like Ashton Large???

That was definitely Ashton playing for us at hooker. I was watching his game closely and he is going to be an absolute gun.
Has a very high work rate in defence and can hit for a smaller build. Once he fills out he is going to be a real hand full.
Has a great running game too, very dangerous when he scoots out.
He is the one to watch.
Yes, a work colleague has a boy in the Souths team who knows Ashton and said it wasn't definitely Ashton playing for us.

They did in the Ball,we beat them convincingly in the Matts
Oh yes sorry, I saw the Ball only - our defence was pretty crook through the middle and the ref certainly didn't give us the same leeway he gave the bunnies - they didn't need the assistance.

It feels an age since we had classy spine players come through the ranks into first grade.
But the recent recruitment of the Large brothers, Zaidas and Joey Walsh seems promising.
Wasn't there a poster who said last year they were reliably told our junior recruitment was in shambles and no one wanted to come here?
