Can someone please explain WHY the North Sydney and Central coast areas are now the Rorters junior areas while we continue to toil away with this wasted experiment with Blacktown. Is it because the Rorters do what China does in Africa and the Pacific and just throw wadfuls of cash at their leaders to line their corrupt pockets..
