Unless the ball touches the ground in a forward motion it shouldn't be a knock on regardless of WHO it touches in the air.
It is too complicated for them...

Provided it was ruled to have gone forward of course. Although these days if the ball hits the ground they seem to call a knock on even if Stevie Wonder could see it went back.

I'm fine with the hair pull. If you want to boast you have hair, then be prepared to have it pulled. I remember it was par for the course in the Fairfax / Schubert days.
