Pearce Moylan are way ahead of green.. Green's days are numbered. I honestly think we have a better chance for a premiership with anyone else but green. Chrichton on a 5 year heavily back ended deal. Cap will increase significantly by then as well. Then extend for life. We can then have a testimonial for him. 😉

Sure he is not a highlight reel player but he is a cog that improves the overall team

A week is a long time in the off season when waiting for signing news...so instead of calendar weeks, lunar months etc, why not make it easier for the average manly fan to understand how far away signing news might be announced.
Assuming the average fan might eat a sausage roll a day, I predict....
Thompson news to be between 3 and 6 sausage rolls away and Pearce news to be between 10 to 12 sausage rolls away. ...so #nextweek and #theweekafternextweek....mych easier for us manly numpty fans to digest...err fathom.

I love your description of green as the cog. Reminds me of the story of the little Dutch boy who plugs a dike with his finger.. As much as I highly rate chrichton who is a machine, Id prefer Pearce /Sipley over green /chrichton.. Only because Pearce adds way more to the team,is younger and in his prime. But I respect your view.
