Couldn’t agree more. They were all part of an underwhelming culture of failure and choking.I've suggested for years there is something fundamentally flawed in the coaching nous of the three ex St George-Illawarra players, Brown, Barrett and McGregor. Must be something in the water
In the patch there that counted while the Eels were getting on top it was Brown I noticed smashing hard at both ends. Mind you, he’s playing for his next contract and perhaps some pride, so full of motivation.Got a late reprieve for first grade tonight...
This bloke has fallen of a cliff compared to last year.
Looks slow, hobbles after a hit-up, and no longer leading the defensive line.
Absolutely cooked.
Also mates with Hayne so……Got a late reprieve for first grade tonight...

Did you see Stefano fold him in half 3-4 times? In the patch there that counted while the Eels were getting on top it was Brown I noticed smashing hard at both ends. Mind you, he’s playing for his next contract and perhaps some pride, so full of motivation.
Yeah funny how he always seems to be right on top of the opposition as soon as they play the ball. Rarely gets pinged as offside but always isGot a late reprieve for first grade tonight...

We need agression but would prefer one of our younger players to step up tbh.Might be timely to discuss. Tigers have just said no one else incoming for their last two spots.
We were linked to him 6 months back. Prob about same time Taupau was linked to them. Not at his prime. But...has just played in a gf. Can add aggression. New home would help refresh him.
Some real dumb penalties also.Flew up out of the line twice today, took no-one, and they scored off the back of it.....also twice.
Love his passion, when it pays off, not his day today.
'If I get smashed, I get smashed': The back fence runs that made Nathan Brown a hero and saved his NRL career
With his NRL career on the line, all Nathan Brown could do was fight. Luckily for him and the Sea Eagles, that's exactly what the fiery prop forward does best, and Brookvale Oval has been reaping the rewards ever since.www.abc.net.au
Great article, great bloke !!!
Was hopeless today.
Has the occasional big play, but like so many In our team, has a 1:1 ratio of good to bad plays
Today showed that against the fast skilful teams, Seibs old slow money ball signings like Brown, Aloiai and Lodge will have long term effects on Manly’s ability to compete in the next 2 years.
These guys cannot maintain their dominant middle week in, week out.
