You may be correct on that. I assumed Earl Evans was an owner or at least part owner of S&P.
Shaw and Partners is owned by EFG International, a global private banking group, which has built up a majority stake since 2019, now holding 100% of the company. The company's co-CEOs, Allan Zion and Earl Evans, along with existing shareholders, also have a stake in the business.
