What is the incentive for the Penn family to sell?

The club no longer loses money and even if it did in the scheme of all their business holdings that is not a bad things

They do not need the money (as in a large capital injection) so it would need to be such a large number it would not make sense for the investor.

Unless something fundamentally changes I can not see a world where they sell and to be fair to them when they bought us (leagues club money aside) it was not something that was profitable
