2 points is only two points if you believe it's two points, it's completely arguable and reasonable got 1 point to equal 2 points. Numbers are just a control measure man, brought on by the government, to control us and keep us down-trodden......

That reminds me of the matt dunning fg when Waratahs needed a try for bonus pts in last play of the day matt (of all people) kicked a field goal. Still talked about as one of the dumbest things done on a football field. This is even better (worse)

Yeah, that was the funniest part - although if the Rabbids miss the Top 8 by a point, GI will look like a genius

This is all a bit of a misunderstanding. As part of the new TV rights deal, channel 9 had it written into the contact that the GI love also applied to field goals.
Section 3.2 clearly states that all GI field goals are wirth 2 points, and all the commentators must also have hard ons when calling his name.
