Speaking of Manly Boys, Bob Allan, a survivor from the '68 HSC group, is organising the 50th Anniversary he says for November this year of the Manly Boys High '68 Yr 12 Reunion. Old Bob is on face Book and just wrote a book, but I dont think it was about Manly Sea Eagles 1968 performances. Dont you just love the names of that year

They came into the finals second and lost the GF by 13-9 to Souths. Amazingly Bob Fulton was captain that year ...aged 18 years....so they knew he was someone on the rise big time. Those were the years when Manly was also on the rise heading for that great year 1972. But some top names in '68 just as there were in Manly Boys High Yr 12. Mind you I cant remember most of them so there will be many uncomfortable moments trying to recall my best school mates I guess.
You may be right mate but wright a utility ?? Wtf .I can’t unders all the doom and gloom. With Paseka coming onto the bench, I just don’t see how everyone can say it’s so bad. And our run on side looks superb. The Tigers bubble is about to burst.
1968 was the year Bozo did National Service, so he must have been 20
Haha @Bearfax, you'll be looking like the rest of us in no time if you keep that upMy maths continue to astonish me and the world...well me at least. You are quite right. He was 20 and again egg is on the approach to my ugly dial. Thanks Peter C. My face is beginning to take on the chacteristics of an omelette and the shape of a Quiche Lorraine
Pathetic alrightWell, this is embarrassing. No excuses here. Totally pathetic effort from our players.
He was. He was 18 when he debuted for Manly in 1966.1968 was the year Bozo did National Service, so he must have been 20
Beacon Hill of coarse. Gone but not forgotten.Manly Boys’, Beacon Hill or Cromer?
You are right Tezzar . It is recorded in the history books that the Incomparable Immortal debuted for his beloved Sea eagles at the age of just 18 in 1966 and he never played lower grades in his professional career . He went on to represent and excel at all levels in the game until finally it was time to be crowned an Immortal .He was. He was 18 when he debuted for Manly in 1966.
Another poor decision by the very tired Labor gummint of the mid-2000s.Beacon Hill of coarse. Gone but not forgotten.
