I think it’s tough to drop him for one bad performance though, dropping a player for a week to Reggie’s but bringing him back makes more sense but every player is going to have a bad game here and there.I think it must have been. Bit of a shame for him really, for a while there it looked like had made the 9 jersey his own, but then he turned in that insipid defensive display against the Roosters.
B.H-Uele named at 18th, S. Talakai named at 19th. I expect both will be included in the 17 by game day. Fitzy would've lost the plot if he doesn't play them.Sharks not resting...

Just asking, if we did make the GF, would you put Saab in and take out a bloke that has helped g
Selection in the 100m dash? They clipped the end off the Saab sentence.
Saab will have scans this afternoon on a high ankle sprain and is expected to miss a couple of weeks, but will be available for selection in the grand final.
I'd say Lawton will be used if needed for Croker, then Burbo replaces Lawton as well as cover for any backs if necessary.Koula to fullback, Faulalo wing, Burbo to bench. Good team list but would have liked to see another hooker on the bench in place of Burbo
NRL Team List: Round 27 vs Sharks
Manly Warringah Sea Eagles Coach Anthony Seibold has named his team to play the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks on Sunday, September 8, in round 27 of the Telstra Premiership.www.seaeagles.com.au
Given how Saab has played the past few weeks, think the team is stronger with his absence.Obviously more so when Tom is backI'd say Lawton will be used if needed for Croker, then Burbo replaces Lawton as well as cover for any backs if necessary.
I'm happy...it's a strong team, despite no Turbo or Saab. Should be a cracker of a game.
He was unlucky being dudded out of Origin by Annersley, he gave it to Klown!Adam gee ref
He is the best out there
And fair in my books.
We should watch our brutal winning 1973 grand final that we won against them and bash their living day lightsShould be a very close and tough game.
Was gonna say the same thing. Not worried about Hynes at all tbh. And coming off decent injury lay off.Unless hynes goes back to playing how he was at the start of the year, I actually find Atkinson and trindall a more dangerous combo. Hynes form after getting dropped from origin has been obvious his confidence is shot, he has just been playing like he doesn’t even believe in himself but if he turns that around, it’s dangerous.
And boost ours with a packed sold out home final against the cows or dogs.🦅Strongest team the guppies can field. If we beat them it'll rock their confidence.
What a pity that there’s no TurboStrongest team the guppies can field. If we beat them it'll rock their confidence.
Sharks are 4th. How the Roosters v Bunnies and Dogs v Cows games play out will still play a role in determining what the Sharks have to play for. The craziest hypothetical is if Panthers and Roosters lose and Dogs win by 40 then Sharks could be playing for 2nd best case and 5th worse case. All hinges on the Penrith v Tit's game on Sat night, Penrith win this and they should. Sharks stay 3rd no matter what, barring a big loss against us, but this wont happen. Their heads may not be in the right head space for trench warfare against our forwards. Wouldn't surprise me to see them drop off in intensity if they get behind by 12+ with the 2nd half still to play.
They ain't.If anything, the sharks will rest players. they've got position 4 sewn up.

Sorry, forgot about the Roosters Sths game. Roosters should account for Sths even without the 3 outs for them. No different coming 3rd or 4th, but, maybe a trip to Melb isn't ideal. Tbh I'm happy with us coming 5th or 6th, the prospect of slugging it out tooth and nail in the first semi against either Melb or the Riff doesn't fill me with glee.Sharks are 4th.
