Another decent effort marred by shocking ball control and wrong options. A win is not too far away I feel, a bit of control and we win today. Shame to see young Tom so off his game, I am sure that the ankle is not right because you are not seeing him really stretch out when running. our attack looked so clunky and special mention to Marty for a colossal game today. DCE has to kick that goal, that miss is inexplicable and in the washup its cost us dearly!!!

We've got nothing from bombs since Lyon retired.. and that's despite having the 7 foot athletic superstar FULLBACK (who you would assume taking high balls would be one of his key skill sets). It boggles the mind.

We won every stat except the one that counts.
Had Tom Turbo not had such a shocker we would have won. But there are players in the team not up to standard, such as Frankenstein and Penny. Most of the players busted their guts, so it was a valiant effort.

Defence was pretty good, lots of energy from the players, forwards went well. Too many errors. That team could win a lot of games if that cut out the silly errors.

Well summed up mate, i’m disappointed the guys didn’t get the win but not disappointed in their effort today.

The team looked dysfunctional, calls again atrocious....thing is when you lose like that it’s contagious like a disease....will always give the other team a sight....
The kick on that last opportunity I have no comment- but will say every time went left looked like a result and hoped it went through the hands.....life will go on and this Manly team is consistent

Pretty proud of our team today. Those players have let us, and more importantly themselves down in recent weeks. Something must have changed during the week. When you can see the boys trying. Hurting when they make a mistake. Having some passion. How could you not be screaming and cheering on our boys today.

Give yourself an uppercut. This loss was not the result of poor coaching, it's just 3-4 of our players are not up to standard.

Only saw the second half but the boys seem to put in this week. Tom though - dear me. He is not the player I thought he would be this year. Not writing him off as I’m sure he’ll realise his potential but just thought he’d be more advanced than what he is.

Perhaps we could swap our Slav with our Scandinavian, currently playing in blue & gold? Who knows, maybe Brad can teach Dropoyavich how to catch? No one at Narrabeen seems capable of it.😉
