3. Ownership

Each of them contribute to where we are...and it is far to simplistic to say it is one factor

Barrett’s a **** coach because the players have no idea what to do not because they lack talent. Tom runs across field and not a single player is running toward a gap or even moving up to run a line. Basic team play that a decent coach would have instilled in them. Doesn’t mean the people charged with building the team haven’t screwed up as well.
