A coaches job is to

1 Motivate : we are generally flat at start of halves. It’s almost our signature.

2 Instill discipline: we are close to the most indisciplined side in the comp

3 Provide a game plan and purpose: we don’t have a game plan. As TC said we have a bunch of individuals with talent but we don’t use our great props to earn the right to play expansive footy.Our kicking game just seems to be willy nilly, almost an afterthought.Our red zone attack is simply laughable. My 15 year olds have more direction.

And please don’t give me he’s a good coach and the players don’t execute. None of the above has anything to do with errors. It’s about having the motivation and a plan. Wouldn’t matter if we dropped it or not. There is no structure.

This bloke has had this team for 3 years and we get this week in week out.

It’s simply embarrasing. He needs to go.

PS I actually think those grubbers for touch WERE part of a plan. It had to be . What were we doing. Worried about Coote lol He should go just for that.

Not sure about JT hate. He schooled DCE.

I've seen some rubbish footy teams. But this team takes the cake. Not all, but the majority of our boys just don't want to do the hard stuff. They Haven't from the kick off. Something's got to give.

I think that is an excellent point.

Nobody wants to do the dirty work!

Instead they see Toumololo run amok and go into their shells.

Thompson and Lane had a dig though.

Zero intesity from most. And that starts with DCE. Putting up nothing, bullsh*t kicks that gift the opposition territory....REPEATEDLY is under 8s stuff.

Kick to the corners and chase with intensity instead of lollipop bulls*it kicks that are aimless.

Giving the opposition 30 free metres a set will only end one way.

Hodko I can forgive because he is still relatively new to the team.

DCE on the other hand has been piss poor all night, right from our first set when he got caught on the 5th on halfway because he decided to run instead of kicking. We spent the next 15 or so minutes defending because of it and since midway through the 2nd half, we've been out on our feet.
