Last Season we had totally capitulated under adversity . This season we thrive on it

In todays gutsy win we had More injuries and disruptions that had us running on an empty tank in the second half

but Haslers winning culture fumes that ignite the fire in our fighting spirit got us through to another victory once more

These heroic wins by this Manly team are not won by coincidence, they are won by the resilience that our great coach has instilled in our players

Des has shown us that under no circumstances the Sea eagles are to surrender and slide down to the depths of wooden spoons hell

Agreed. All of our success going back to 2005 had a great team off the field that was driving that success. The combination of Des Hasler, Geoff Toovey and Donny Singe belongs in a hall of fame for coaching greatness. This year’s coaching staff looks like it could be the best team yet.

The dogs pushed a full strength Storm team and almost beat them and only lost to the Rabbits by 8. We have beaten 2 of the top 4 teams. We also beat the dogs and had to deal with more injuries during the game. Your harsh criticism is way out of line.

Would need to see it again but I think AFB was injured by one of those "prowler" tackles or whatever they call it when the third man in attacks the lower legs. Illegal tackle that is creeping back into the game.

We were towel up by the wests tigers who were easily beaten by the dogs....... so how can is it possible to have beaten the dogs unless previous games are not indicative of future results?
