De-Tartakification is probably closer to the mark @Terry Zarsoff The club is in a situation where there is no longer any room for compromise. Unfortunately, there will be collateral damage from taking that aggressive stance. Whatever they do it can't be half-assed or this situation will fester in the background for another decade. Cut out Tartak and Co now, and go in hard and fast when doing it. It will cost us in the short term. It will mean an almost total squad rebuild. We probably won't make the eight for a few seasons. However, in the medium term, it will be worth it.Heralding the next phase of de-Fultonisation.
Or de-Tartakification.
