[Resurrected] Lol @ Parra

Despite last nights result, I think the dogs are the hot favourite for the spoon this year.

I think the squeels will do what they do most poor seasons and have a late charge. On paper they are a decent squad.

I say this hoping we get our **** together. :S
Its going to be a race to the bottom between the dogs, the slime, the tits and the girls

Ive said a few times in the various threads that we won’t win the Spoon.

We are a better side than that BUT it would have to be a miracle to see us finishing in the top 8, I think somewhere between 10-14 is about where we will be given the start and the injuries!!

We are 12th already and will get Jorge and Gosi back, and maybe Hodko (?)
We have the ability to win games (this is pretty clear!) and in our favour is the fact there is still a long way to go.
Plus who knows, sides like the Eels or Cows may even help us by knocking over some of the teams currently above us.

Our biggest hurdle is the next 6 weeks are quite rough. Playing alot of Top 8 teams.

Not saying we wont win some games (cause I think we will), with the belief of last night anything can happen, but it is a rough road ahead

Andrew Voss is giving to them, and reckons they are exploiting the HIA concussion rule, its on the Foxsports web page

I have been saying this to a parra fan I know, ever since the HIA was introduced. I would love to see the stats on HIA I remember last year a couple of journos touched on the fact that none of the parra HIAs were backs, but it was shut down pretty quickly. At that stage mannah was off practically every game at the 20min mark, had a nice rest then back on again. When every other team had an 8 interchange, parra still had a 10. Blatant cheating and they are still a bunch of losers. The parra fan actually agreed with me

Finally.
Last year it was patently obvious.
Especially their first forward replacement, normally Nathan Brown, would re-emerge fit as a fiddle.
Jubs like the aforementioned Kenny 'the drongo' Edwards was another used in the same fashion far too often not to be obvious.
Glad someone in the media is finally on to it.
Sharp as bowling balls.

I think when the dalai arfur was called on it in a presser last year he got all whiny about it...but for about 3 games afterwards...it didn't happen, just like magic!

Trouble is, you have can biased doctors who keep calling it and they seem to be even more untouchable than the refs.

Quote of the year ......(or the best one liner)

Chairman of Parra's reply when asked if they would be re-signing Hayne ..... "well you would like to see him do something before the end of the year"

Baaahhaaaahhaaahhhhaaa .....

Hayne has to be one of the most lazy guys out there.

To be fair he has always been kind of lazy, he just had moments of brilliance, and always stepped up for origin.
