Worth a two year deal for me, if the cap fits him in they would be crazy not to have him, don’t forget he missed this offseason with injury, would be great seeing him have an injury free offseason and in a Manly jersey next year!!

Agree on the two year deal, Saints talked to him but didn’t look like anything came of that. A decent contract but not a bank breaker, he would give a bit of leadership around the up and coming guys like Woods did for last two years as well.

Lodge and Paseka in tandum first up was what we've been missing. Good bulldozing hit ups with good post yardage as well. Also, Aiolia came on and thrived off the platform provided by Lodge and Tent.

Having the peculiar injury probably had a slight silver lining.
He would have spend that time building the power and confidence in his legs as ACL injuries take a lot more than the minimum recovery time.
He certainly was not running that freely and strongly when he first came back from THE ACL.

For me, Lodge has to be re-signed.

We’ve lacked a partner for Paseka in those opening stages.

Paseka’s runs are consistently good, but the run before or after lacks any punch to continue momentum.

Lodge provides that.

All our props were great last night but part of that was because the dogs have such a small pack, I'm keen to see how they go against the Sharks.

Lodge was very impressive last night. That is the starting combo that works well for the side. It changes so much for the team having 2 guys that can bend the advantage line early. This lays a great platform for the quicker Bully and Brown when they come on.

I’m loving the way Seibs is tinkering with the sides dynamic. He is making a lot of the right calls team list wise, dropping Ben for the Lawnman shows he isn’t afraid to make the hard but right calls.

Just got to get through this last game with a win and no injuries and we are primed for a title push!
