After watching the trial match I’m very concerned about Manly’s discipline or the standard of refereeing in 2018.

I agree it's just a trial and we've always not been great in them.

But it was a sharks reserve grade side 2.

Just a trial and hard to judge - not into blaming refs but these play ball indescretions with Manly on attack were meant to be saved for the NRL games...not a a trial.
In saying that Cronulla looked far better structured around the middle and considering the entire Manly spine were out - to be expected
