I reckon Marks "mate" is his bank manager confirming his loans have been approved so he can extend his cellar and garage to store his Penfolds collection and new 5th wheeler. It just takes two weeks to finalise the paperwork.

In my opinion Klemmer would be a waste of money.

We don't need more metres.
In a lot of games this year we won the metres battle but couldn't convert that into points.

Hoping it's a coach or a legitimate game changing 5/8.

I'll give you a grand if it's a 5/8.... not gonna happen.

I have a good feel about this appeal going a long way in Manly's favour....that would be a damn good thing.
Only problem is the effect its already had - tarnished the Manly club, sponsors, signings, merchandising, memberships....
Is it then a new case of "Now you owe us Greenberg & bitches"!!
Keep in mind that extra money then gives the opportunity to sign some decent players also.
Just on Klemmer, I can understand people claiming we already have great go forward so he does not add a big deal, but
I tend to disagree....what he would add is intimidation and aggression and this would feed the rest of the pack who apart
from Jake & Thommo adding a few decents shots - lack killer instinct in many area's.

Apparently received one of the main club awards at the Bulldogs so presumidly would be reluctant to release him without a very good reason . A straight swap for Marty ? Would have mixed feelings about that but that "s footy .
