You must be taking piss? Surely?

Have you read through the nasty crap the clown has been shooting off today?

Do you know the age of everyone on here do you?
Just press the ignore button... bingo problem solved... or scroll past his comments. People on here have virtually been begging him to come back for a couple of weeks by posting stuff about the idiot, knowing he’s that special type of goose who would read their comments and embarrass himself by accepting their invitations. Then those very people want to have a sook and throw the baby out with the bath water. I hear the netball season is about to start and has been rapidly growing in popularity.

Up till about 30 minutes ago, I thought it was certain Des would be back.
Now I am not sure after reading the Tele.
Penn demanding that he must have us finish in the top 4 every season is unrealistic. If Des doesn't come he will say the job was his but he was unable to meet our demands. Carty will have us in the bottom 4.

Hasler on verge of shock Manly return
MANLY chairman Scott Penn has declared he is happy to work with Des Hasler as long as the former Sea Eagles mentor can fulfil the club’s goal of a top-four finish every season.

Penn’s declaration comes as Hasler is considering a return to the northern beaches club where he made his coaching debut 15 years ago.

The two-time Manly premiership-winning coach only has to agree to the Sea Eagles’ terms to take on a three-year deal.

Penn refused to say Hasler had the job but confirmed he was in the running to return to the club.

He also said he’d happily bury the hatchet with Hasler following the mentor’s unpleasant departure from Manly in 2011 when he fell out with club officials.

“If Des can deliver our objective, and that is being a top -four contender every year, then of course we would be interested,” Penn told The Sunday Telegraph.

Des Hasler is on the verge of returning to Manly.
“As we have said the whole time, we will do what is in the best interests of the club and ensuring the club gets back to where we need it to be.

“We are in final discussions with a number of candidates who we believe can do the job and Des is one of those people.”

If Hasler returns to Manly, a number of his former staff members will follow him back to Brookvale.

The Sunday Telegraph can reveal conditioner Don Singe, who also followed Hasler to Canterbury, is keen to return to Manly.

During his time at the Sea Eagles, Singe played a vital role in helping the club build a strong culture that resulted in two premierships in 2008 and 2011.

Manly are expected to announce their new coach next week, with Hasler in the box seat to return should he decide to take up the deal.

Assistant John Cartwright was thought to be the frontrunner to take over from Trent Barrett and has publicly received the backing of senior players Daly Cherry-Evans and Tom and Jake Trbojevic.

Barrett is serving a 12-month notice period after quitting the club in July but is expected to sever ties in the coming weeks.

Hasler was responsible for rebuilding Manly after the disastrous Northern Eagles merger and transformed the club into a powerhouse, taking them to three grand finals and two premierships between 2004 and 2011.

Hasler was sacked from Manly following their 2011 grand final win after it was revealed he had signed with Canterbury and the Sea Eagles accused him of attempting to lure staff members to follow him to Belmore.

Penn said then: “If he wants to bring it on in court, let’s go.”

I must admit, I found it bloody amusing in the Life of Brian thread. Today, not so much because the outcome was clearly inevitable ...

Is there any potential coaching discussion in this thread of late ?
I just read 10 pages of not much, tbh , and yes, I would like my time back pleae.please

Ive been trying to get it back track!!

Trouble is the speculation is now over, we know who will be announced , the only thing we don’t know is when!!

I didn't comment about him or want him back, other than saying he'd be back under another name soon enough. That was the day after he was banned.

When threads are half full of the sh*t it is not a fluent read for anyone, regardless of blocking.

And his comments were not at me, so I am not "having a sook" about comments made at me.

Netball season has just finished. I know as I have 2 daughters who play. So anything you need cleared up?

I've moved to another thread for that...

Nah I’m good... aaah it’s the basketball season that is about to commence... sorry about that, I’m somewhat ignorant about netball at this point in time. Had a couple of sisters who played the sport though... and they loved it.

Personally I love the guy haha, he adds a little colour and gets everyone biting, if no one bites he loses his bait, besides it takes all kinds to make the world, good or bad, and if we laugh a little more and not take it so dam serious it might not be so offensive to some, I like your advice, take a teaspoon of cement and harden the Fk up.
Its funny, its hillarious at times, like being at the pub have a few and the stupid comes in, makes a great night without anyone being glassed.

And I wasn’t having a go at you directly... I suggest you go and have a peek through some old threads (there’s plenty of examples) where the main discussion has been ambushed by people putting a play on words, or a multitude of other stuff which resulted in the same thing as has occurred here. It’s laughable really...

Couldn’t agree more... it’s the different people that make this place interesting. Us (Man)ly boys need to stick together.

Honestly, start believing the Telecrap and you need a holiday . Its their way. They have nothing negative now and are clutching at straws for their click baits.
