Definitely. Although the pitches are roads so its a batting competition. Aust will need to score heavily. Chasing 350 without Head or Smithy getting runs is a good start.

Rain has had the last say and the match has been called off. It rained since morning and it never really stopped to give the groundstaff any chance. With the cut-off time being 7:32 pm, there was no way this ground could have been readied for a 20-over contest.

Both teams share 1 point each and it means that tomorrow's encounter between England and Afghanistan has turned into a virtual knockout with the loser becoming the third team to be eliminated.
