We weren't very good today but the boys turned up to play. Full credit to them. The refereeing was as fair to us as we are going to get. The Storm were diabolical.and we should have beaten them by 40. This was a gift and we need to be a LOT better.

He could of blamed the timekeeping issue or the referees. At least he is blaming themselves

Yea the first half was average from us.The good thing is ,is that we are really having a good dig. We give too many penalties away when they attack our line on 4 and 5th tackle.Our second half was all heart.I would love us to think a little better when we attack.Mel made a lot of errors and let us off the hook a few times.See how we go next week but I am glad we got the 2 points as it will give us some more confidence to improve.

'Great coaches' are made by good cattle. They can get the credit for recognising talent and nurturing and combining it properly (and the blame for cheating their way to keeping them together), but its the team that wins dem games. Regardless of how much I dislike Cam Smith as a human being his absence brings them way back to the field.

Exactly right there Woodsie. Had we completed just as well earlier in the year, I don't doubt that we'd have at least 2 more wins. Saturday night was the perfect example of a team completing well enough to win against a team dropping the ball every second set.
