If AOB gets the sack at Newy. You would think he is almost a sure thing to be coming onboard at Manly. It may not necessarily be a coaching role. But in all honesty, could he be a better assistant than Manly might other wise bring in.

He has stuffed up plenty, but arguably over achieved as well.

Some folks are just better at and or more suited as an assistant than a head coach.

May be that is AOB. The "Don't you know who I am" Man.

AOB is a buffoon. Plain and simple.

If the old boys are bringing out the pikes for Seibold, you can rest assured knowing that they'd burn down the Penn Centre of "Excellence" before AOB came anywhere near the joint.

What a joke the Titans are sacking coaches like Hasler (on top of Brennan, Holbrook, Henry etc)

Surely any coach deserves 3 or 4 years minimum to build their team and improve.

There doesn't seem to be the same cut throat actions in the AFL.

At the start of every season 17 teams think they can make they 8 and the same number think they will win the comp. The reality is 16 teams are wrong about winning the premiership and 9 miss out on the Top 8.

The fact is in any year only 3 or 4 teams has true premiership credentials in any year.

Tell me what the advantage is replacing Des with Hannay.

Des's best years are in the past. Hannay's best years are yet to come. I think the Titan's only risk is whether those years (Hannay's best) coincide with his contract period with them.
