Realism hurts some people Danners. Unfortunately, I'm heading out there to witness what I personally believe (but don't obviously HOPE) to be Manly's last game of the year.
Sucks. We REALLY needed Belly out there tonight...
If we WIN, I am so going to be crazy tonight !!
Thats the whole point of being there tonight Ryan, the possibility of a victory, we may not be favourite and a win would be somewhat of a surprise.
It is the reason we go, the hope of victory and the overwhelming sensation that we experience when that victory happens. For us tragics there can be no greater feeling. You only have to cast your mind back to the victory against the Dogs at Brookie just a few weeks ago. The euphoria that those victories bring is the drug that brings is back.
Will it happen tonite, I don't know but if it does I will be there, in person cheering, screaming and exchanging high fives with any one who is wearing maroon & white. I will also know, that in my own small way I may have been a contrbutor to the victory because of my cheering & applauding. I cannot experience that feeling anywhere else other than being in person.
Enjoy your beers in some bar Dan, I wouldn't swap my position for yours for any amount of money in the world.

Can't disagree with anything you have said there...I'll be there right along with you...The difference I guess is expectation. I don't expect us to win...I mean....realistially...does anyone?
