Ethan Bullemor

Re the speculation about Kapow leaving:
If he still has a year to run on his contract it doesn't matter if the club wants to release him provided Marty wants to stay? A club can't force out a player with a valid contract.
The only reason he won't be with us next season is if he wants to leave, and he seems very happy at Manly.
Marty is on a sizable backended contract for next year, he will be 32 next February, basically the club has said that in all likelihood they won't be extending beyond next year, that's not to say we don't want him next year, but if he can score a good deal somewhere else beyond next year, it would be in his interests to take the offer, it would also give us some salary cap relief to shore up up and coming players like Olakau'atu

We've already surred up Haumole. Marty is the leader of our forward(s) group, and is required not only game day, but during training, in the media, with the fans. He wants an extension, say 500K-600K, you do it. More if it's a one year deal (like what's he's on).

Offer:
1 years at current salary
2 years at $550k
3 years at $350k

Thanks Ryan. You've clarified a possible reason why Kapow would leave, and that is if another club offered him a longer contract term than 2022.

Kevvy was on BSB this morning, named 4 or 5 youngsters coming through, no mention of Bullemor, obviously couldn't name every player, also said looking to bring in a senior forward !!
I'd love to see Bullemore dropped by Kevvie this week. Based on what he did to Coates, that would be a strong clue that he won't be around next year 🙂

Tell me more.
you asked for it

This is very meaty issue but I think we have got the bull by the horns ,I have never heard so much bull shyte in my life !! I think the media is just milking this for all its worth .
Ethan is just like a bull in a china shop and by chewing the cud on it here on ST's we run the risk of making him some sort of sacred cow!!
On the other hand I guess you never know with this recruit we could really hit the bulls-eye ,in fact if he really finds the grass greener here and plays well he could become a real cash cow .
This probably won't happen as the Donkeys will fence him in ,and we should just moooove on otherwise , I mean we can keep talking about this till the cows come home .

I'll let myself out

No mention of spending more time on the paddock?

Many Silvertails would think that your post is bull of piss and vinegar, or that your not posting with a bull deck. But it's obvious to me that none of us could pull the bull over your eyes.
Bully for you @Highflier
