I believe it's a rainbow lorikeet.
(also know as a woke or groomer lorikeet, there are debates about if it should be considered a native species....and it's probably not very popular at manly training ;p)

A California man is suing a luxury resort in Las Vegas after claiming that a scorpion stung his testicles while asleep at the hotel.
