All good, @Fluffy blocked me years ago. After some initial disappointment, it's been quite refreshing avoiding his abuse after anything I'd say on the forums game day though, so it was a win for me. It's like he habitually needed to remind me I was a short arse (maybe in case I forgot or something). LOL

I love debate, but it’s never attack the person only their views!

I did a lot of school debating and then when I was a member of Apex ( not the gang the service club) we had debates all the time.

My political views will be completely different to most on here , I’m a conservative to the core BUT I have loads of friends who support Labor/ Greens/ Pauline ( well honestly not many of them) and whilst I disagree with their political views does it mean we can’t be friends ?

Not at all, we can live, love, have fun , and disagree.

My other son in law is the most Green of Greenies and a socialist to boot.

Politically we are opposites (plus he’s a Souths supporter) but we get on, we occasionally debate something but neither ever win so we just have a beer instead!!

Members on here need to use this system , it’s much more fun if you do!!

I’m saying we need a quality half yes, and we need a quality coach. Barrett is a loser with a pedigree of St George at their choking best. He is absolutely not a patch on Hasler at the same stage of their careers. Why??? Because Hasler’s pedigree is Manly, it is that of a winner, it is that of doing what it takes to get the job done. Pretty boy Barrett is none of those things and won’t ever be.

I respect your right to that view Ralphie,I have no issues with it,but obviously I don't fully agree.Yes a half needs to step up and I have always had doubts about Croker(his bio is that he was more like a L.Daley type 5/8 and we probably need more like a R.Stuart type player).But I do think he needs some more time to make a full judgement call on him and being hamstring by salary cap affects who we have(Baz is not going to come out and say we have a problem at 5/8 no matter if he thinks it).I think Hastings fits more what we need now and after having watched N.Cleary tonight,I don't think he is close to being the messiah.As to Barrett....I don't think that I.Cleary is any more credentialed than Barrett.

Played amazing today again Cleary. The ship has sailed on getting those two.

Cleary was average (5/10),he had a good run which resulted in a try,but it was a good ball from Edwards with Moses in the sin bin and Norman injured 30 metres behind the panthers line.Apart from that he did nothing more than ordinary.

The result is in no way reflective of how good or bad we played. Once the game goes overtime its often just decided by luck.

We lost that game to ourselves, not the Knights. They didn't impress me at all and if anything I'm of the belief that after 10 rounds, guys like Heighington, SKD and Guerra will be a big drag on their development. It was a round that was all over the place and if anything showed that very few clubs took the trials seriously and are using the first few rounds to get up to speed.

Oh, and the Bunnies will get the spoon.
