Warm to hot Pies + Brookvale Oval - DOES NOT COMPUTE 😉 I bought a pie and a New one day at Brooky. The pie actually felt hot to the touch. I bite into the thing, and hit this massive ice block in the middle ! Pleh.

They can put a man on the Moon, land a spacecraft on Mars, but why is it so bloody hard to deliver a hot pie and a cold beer at the footy???
 
As far as big news this week, or next, or the one that follows, November is when we kick off training SO its going to be bloody hard to hide say Curtis Sirronen or Dean Whare running around at Narrabeen.

I'd expect any other signings we might have to be announced fairly soon AND the Premiership Coin offer to renew your membership be extended again!!

Seriously, as though a ****ing coin is a reason to renew your membership!!

Me and my brother still havent renewed our memberships for next season. So far I think next years team might be worser then this years team. Hopefully they announce new signings soon and I also need to see the draw before committing next year!
 
I wouldn't decide on buying membership based upon winning / losing guys. That's pretty harsh. For mine, it comes down to if I feel plugged in, and I feel that this club is MY club.

At the moment, I just feel like the club has no identity. It's not "Manly".

I look at a player like Myles, who in my opinion, doesn't give one **** about the club, our history, the fans, his coaches etc. I saw that when he was laughing up a storm after being flogged by The Bronco's. Just no buy in.

On the flipside, we have Jake (and others), who looks 100% invested in the team, and makes me want to renew.

Yeap wont be able to hide people at training.


I think we will see alot of 'early releases' from mid November when clubs can 'officially' approach players in their last year at other clubs.

I think we will see alot of movement the next 6 weeks. clubs happily release players these days.
 
Manly will go OK in 2017.......I'm backing our boys to make top 4!! I think Myles will be a different player & aim up, Marty, Jake T, Tom T will be so much better, Green & DCE will combine well, Walker will show why he was regarded a world class center, Uate will prove plenty of people wrong & I think Trent will shut a lot of people up!! I refuse to be drawn into the pessimism in here about next year. I'm excited for 2017 & believe in our team.

Yep, there is no reason this side (possibly with Whare or someone of his standard also joining) shouldn't make the top 5 I reckon, top 4 definitely a chance, I also can't bloody wait

The delay in announcing any signings by the great Bonzo is so that they can still use the old excuse that if we lose the first few games ......."it is going to take time for new combinations to gel" ........ Guaranteed we will hear that again in 2017.

Ben Kennedy & his attitude a case in point for comparison. Practically became a Manly legend in one season. It can be done. But attitude is everything.

Thankfully that excuse doesn't wash with most fans.Cronulla had a lot of new recruits in key positions last season.So did the Titans

Nate Myles wishes he could be in the same stratosphere as Ben Kennedy.

That dude did NOT tolerate losing. He lead by example. Only a few years for Manly, but was a true champion.

BK also knew when to hang up the boots before he became a complete passanger like Myles. Myles is here for a fat pension - nothing more.
