All we are saying, is Pearce off !

If he went to Newcastle where would he fit...on the bench? They have Hodkinson and now Ponga as their halves, or is Trent on the nose
Hodko played half of last season in reserve grade, is not a high % goal kicker anymore and has chronic knee injuries. It wouldn't take much of anything to land a spot in the halves at Newcastle. They have cap space to burn and if the best they have is Ponga, Lamb and Hodko, there is definitely a place for a premiership winning (and current Origin) Half.

I could bag a halves big at Newcastle tbh

So Release Hastings and Green and pick up elgy?. F@$k how is that winning! Feeling sick. Wow.
To be honest I can’t see it. Particularly because it was the Jerker who broke the story. Would Barrett really want to break up a settled halves combination in the hope that Elgey kicks on. We have just signed Metcalf, and currently have Cullen and Hastings on the books. Pearce or Moylan I understand, both are representative elite players who are an upgrade on Green. But Elgey???

Baz has come out and said that he sees Tom Wright as a centre and not a 5/8.
The only comment I heard Barrett make about Tom for next year was that he might start with a run in the centre, nothing about seeing him only as a centre. But if you've heard different do you have a link?

buzz dribbling sharks looking at pearce which lets maloney go who would be a fit for manly to let green go. enter the circus clowns.

i keep hearing from penrith sources Moylan still not a lock to stay despite gus parading otherwise, and that sharks really want him, but don't want it dragging on, i think there will be more on this now cronk has done his dance. Moylan management may heat things up if sharks are serious about pearce and his chances to go there start disappearing.

how the dominos will fall should be interesting. I'm predicting pearce to manly, moylan to sharks, green to warriors and maloney to head up to newcastle on the big $ he wants. Put your mother in laws house on it!

As much as I'd rather Moylan and Pearce end up in opposite places I think you're probably right.

Can confirm that Roosters have denied Pearce ability to seek other opportunities after today's discussion with coach. Pearce was that filthy with decision (he's been told to consider his position) but Roosters adamant he will not play for another NRL team whilst under contract. Stalemate. Unless some club makes an awesome offer for Roosters to release ie $800K for player, up to $400K release fee - it ain't going to happen.

How to F%$@ your career up when your about to reach your peak! Doe this sound a bit like Killer? No comparison on offering, but the politics. Fair dinkum he must have "Pearced" off some people in the management team

Maybe English Super League ....Toronto Wolfpack?

in this day and age no club will keep someone who wants out. too much risk of drama and splits in the dressing room. if the above is the case, itd be the first stage to making it beneficial to them. if they can make a buck they will, just like gus chucking a fee on moylan to test the waters. so you say no.... until someone makes it attractive enough to make it a yes. if he wants out, he'll get out in good time, if he doesn't, he'll stay.
