Could be wrong and can't confirm it,but was just looking at the BWSE second training session photos and there is a guy doing sprint training that is a physical and facial clone of Tom Amone.Don't know if it is him,but it looks like his twin brother if it ain't.Hope he is running around again and maybe still a chance with us for the future.....

There was a manly post saying he re signed with Blacktown

John Tuivaiti a prop from this years Flegg side and won the players player award for the year has unfortunately been signed by the Asquith Magpies. They are a feeder side for the Bears who are now aligned with the Roosters(confusing?) for the the ISP competition for 2019,looks like we could not fit him in and has jumped ship. Also,Joseph Mau a prop from our U20s' victorious side and played last year with Blacktown has signed on for them as well(Asquith),former Manly player Stromquist is also signed on.Interestingly the coach of Asquith is one Pat Weisner....

Magpies(yes Magpies) have signed a couple of our young guys(sort of our guys),Jordan Main a lock and Sione Folau a winger will be with their Flegg side next year,Main had a good year, but a smallish guy for the middle(came from Bulldogs last year),Folau joined us last year from Bunnies.Local Boy Elia Faatui a prop from our victorious Holden cup side in 2017 was playing with Workers last year and is a part of Magpies Intrust squad for 2019.

Zach Docker Clay (ex Panthers starlet) has left the Blackhawks in QLD comp and joined Blacktown. Could be a very useful pick-up. Oh wait thats right if not in top 30 cannpt play NRL.

Melbourne Storm veteran Cameron Smith has stunned the NRL community by announcing his desire to secure a two-year contract with his long-time club.

The Courier-Mail reports Smith is looking to sure up the longer-term deal that will see the Queensland Origin champion remain in the NRL until the end of 2020.

Tyler Cassel re-signed and Abbas Miski (new) announced as signings for Blacktown on their Facebook page (along with ZDC).

SIGNING NEWS Zane Musgrove has quit Rabbit's to join Madge's Tigers
Madge looking at bringing in further talent.

Canberra have re-signed 2018 club rookie of the year Emre Guler to a deal that keeps him at the club until the end of the 2021 season.

Workers sign Kurt De Luis a prop from the Eels ISP side Wentworthville.Played in the same sides as Amone as a junior and originally from WA.Not a massive unit and did not get a lot of time with their ISP side last year, but does a lot of defense and is a good defender, looks to get involved in attack and does not shirk the hard work.Might go well in reggies this year, don't know about how much upside, but we need some more cheap hard workers in the engine room.

Blacktown Workers have signed Wentworthville Magpies (parramatta eels ISP team) prop Kurt De Luis for 2019
