Just announced on NBN News that Burher has signed with Newcastle to make room for Bird
Can't find anything on the NBN website and the Knights version of Silvertails is just like here .... all sorts of rumors firing off
Just announced on NBN News that Burher has signed with Newcastle to make room for Bird
A NRL player confirmed tonight that Akuila Uate HAS SIGNED FOR MANLY.
But sssssshhhhh
It's a secret .
2 out of 3 ..... when will Tupou land ?Daniel Tupou and Akuila Uate our wingers next year and we have also signed Suaia Matagi. You heard it here first.
Have we signed Matagi?2 out of 3 ..... when will Tupou land ?
Let's hope so really needs some quality backs, while I like Uate signing I'm not sure what happens if he doesn't work out and I don't want Brown back in the backline. If we get DWZ I'll lose my ****en HeadWith Michael Oldfield signing with the Panthers could DWZ be coming our way?????
Sucks big time , but bigger we can do .Jamie B gone Uate confirmed

No, I was not living in denial. I never said that he had or hadn't signed with the Knights. I was just pointing out that as at Fri 30 Sep, 2016, 3:45pm, there was no sign of Jamie Buhrer's name in either the Manly 'Outs' or Newcastle "Ins" lists on the NRL.com website article for confirmed player moves and retirements for the Telstra Premiership ahead of the 2017 NRL season. As you said, his signing was announced on NBN news later that night after the NRL confirmed signings was last updated so obviously it happened after the NRL had updated their listings. At least now it has been confirmed officially by the clubs concerned instead of relying on media reports which are quite often wrong or based on rumours and innuendo (the Brett Stewart 2009 media reports come immediately to mind). You're living in denial. NBN news wouldn't announce unless it happened, this is Newcastle - they don't leave their fans out in cold. Heaven forbid that the media got it wrong.... btw it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the NRL site to update. The NRL is soooooo efficient!
The riff seem like the last team in the Comp who need to buy someone for depth on the wing. Just hoping we are the beneficiary.Michael Oldfield has signed a one yr deal with Penrith. They've got some reasonable outside back depth there.
FMD what a **** decision Uate is crapJamie B gone Uate confirmed

Not a bad side at all IMO, but that's if the side actually does turn out like this and as I often say, only time will tell
Oh yeah definately, completely forgot. He should definitely take up a bench spot now seeing Buhrer is gone and if either bird (if signed) and/or Tapau need a rest he can come on with some impactI also think the big second rower Shaun Lane will also be in the mix
You are spot on about Lane making an impact . In his first season at the dogs Lane was lethal. He does have the size power and skill.Oh yeah definately, completely forgot. He should definitely take up a bench spot now seeing Buhrer is gone and if either bird (if signed) and/or Tapau need a rest he can come on with some impact
I think we're going to have one very intimidating pack next year. Can't wait.Oh yeah definately, completely forgot. He should definitely take up a bench spot now seeing Buhrer is gone and if either bird (if signed) and/or Tapau need a rest he can come on with some impact
Not sure, but I thought someone said it was announced on the Panthers/Gus Gould twitter that he wouldn't be at the club next year so just working on an assumption that there's fire near that smoke.Have we signed Matagi?
That was another rumour floating around here. Oldfield is a downgrade from DWZ though, so the Panthers have lost out if it comes trueWith Michael Oldfield signing with the Panthers could DWZ be coming our way?????
